About the Role

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE needed at a FINTECH AI STARTUP! East Coast preferred but open to Midwest or anywhere in central time as well. Fully remote unless in NYC area, then hybrid 2 - 3 days a week. Base up to $110k x2 OTE uncapped plus equity. Both new logos and farming. Must have experience selling into banks and credit unions. Background in finance maybe with some experience at a credit bureau would be great.

Position Overview

As an Account Executive specializing in the Financial Institutions Vertical, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services including credit services and lending, and a proven track record in B2B sales to Banks and Credit Unions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities within the financial institutions space
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage existing partnerships and ensure high partner satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Qualifications

- 5 - 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial technology and industry trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Self-motivated and self-starter with a results-driven approach
- Previous experience selling to banks and credit unions - A Must
- Experience in the Credit or Collections spaces - A Big Advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
