About the Role

AVP of Product Sales/Sales Engineering needed in NYC area ONLY at one of our OMS/EMS clients.. Base $140k - $170k plus bonus. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with OMS/EMS!!!

What will you be doing:
Assistant Vice President of Product Sales is responsible for owning the full suite of Product workflows and demonstrating their value add to current clients and prospects. This role demands expertise as a Product Evangelist in Trading Software Sales and EMS Product as well as 3rd party integrations and data source that complement trading workflows. Responsible for bringing new customers as well as retain and upscale existing customers with new Product Solutions.

Given the flexibility of the product, the role is naturally wide ranging, but fundamentally draws upon technical understanding, and sales acumen. You will be interacting with every team across the company, to ensure prospective and existing clients are shown and delivered the solutions they need.

Requirements:

Product Evangelist: As a Product Evangelist with a strong background on Trading software and EMS Implementation background, demonstrate product demos and workflows across asset classes, and possess deep technical understanding. Building out proof-of-concepts for prospective clients

Stakeholder Management: Manage customers and internal stakeholders within Engineering and Client Services team. As a Product Expert you will recommend new product features, resolve complex customer issues and support the EMS workflow solutions during the sales discussions. Take complete ownership of the Product Portfolio.

Innovative Thinker: Should be able to come up with innovative ideas and solutions. Resolve complex Issues, work on Product Portfolios, RPF/ RPI. Possess good communication and presentation skills with an appetite to take on additional responsibilities. Shaping the future product direction and become a thought leader in the space. Identifying partnership opportunities with complementary companies.

Market and Competitive Knowledge: Knowledge of trading platforms landscape, competitors, & functionality. Understanding of the regulatory environment and how it impacts trading platforms. Deep Market knowledge and competitive landscapes and established relationships in financial services companies would be highly valued.
