About the Role
HEAD OF SALES/CRO needed. Remote in any major city in North America, must be willing to travel to see your team and prospects/clients. $225k - $300k base x2 OTE plus strong equity.
My client is a leading risk management and portfolio construction platform to asset managers, hedge funds, and banks. They are growing fast and are ready for a sales leader to come in and play a key role in their continued success.
- Strong track record of leading sales teams in the financial markets enterprise software space (SaaS)
- Experience selling into front office - PMs, heads of risk, CIOs, etc.
- Experience leading teams with revenue targets of at least $10m - $20m selling solutions with $250k+ ACV
- Must be a hands on, inspirational leader with experience managing a remote sales team
- Must be ready to recruit your own team and have a rolodex of strong front-office sales professionals
