About the Role
Director of Enterprise Sales needed! Remote anywhere in the US or Canada. Base $150k - $175k x2 OTE. Must have experience selling enterprise software into the front or middle office of hedge funds.
Our client is a leader in the Risk Analytics space and are looking for energetic, highly motivated self-starters with a successful sales track record in the investment technology sector with more than 10 years of experience in prospecting, cultivating and closing enterprise software sales. This role will play a critical role in building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the adoption of their cutting-edge solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
· Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new opportunities to closing enterprise-level deals with hedge funds, traditional asset managers, banks and other investment firms
· Develop a deep understanding of their platform to position its value proposition effectively.
· Exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to grow revenue within assigned accounts and through new client acquisition.
Client Engagement
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
· Understand client challenges and tailor solutions to their needs, acting as a trusted advisor.
· Deliver impactful product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
Market Insight and Collaboration
· Stay informed about trends in the industry
· Provide customer insights and feedback to internal teams to improve the platform and refine go-to-market strategies.
· Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Pipeline and Reporting
· Maintain an accurate forecast at all times and to build and grow a strong set of opportunities to ensure there is sufficient pipeline to meet sales targets.
· Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasting to the leadership team.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 10+ years of complex, enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record hitting/exceeding quota
· Demonstrable success selling new logos with >$150k ACV into the front and/or middle office of hedge funds and asset managers
· Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time and territory management skills that can work effectively in a remote environment
· Proven experience building, fostering and maintaining key strategic relationships within the C level at target accounts
· Strong investment industry knowledge and existing network of relationships
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
