About the Role

ENTERPRISE AEs needed at one of our Agentic AI Investment Technology STARTUPS!!! Hybrid 3x per week in office in NYC only. Base $100k - $150k plus strong commission and EQUITY. Must have 4 - 10 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, research, analytics, AI, etc. into traditional asset managers, investment banks and/or PE firms across the front to back office.

Our client develops autonomous AI agents that eliminate the repetitive, manual work slowing down financial institutions. Their technology supports credit, investment, ESG, and compliance workflows for leading asset managers, PE firms and investment banks.

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for selling AI solutions and data insights that are reshaping workflows in top financial institutions, including major banks, private equity firms, and asset managers. You’ll own the entire sales cycle - the role requires not just sales acumen, but the credibility to engage with clients who expect nothing less than excellence. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future sales function for one of the most important companies being built for financial services over the next decade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across financial services and asset management markets.

• Client Engagement: Be highly polished and ooze credibility, nurture relationships with business leaders at the top end of the IQ scale, effectively communicating the value of the firm's AI-driven ESG data solutions.

• Solution Selling: Translate AI and data technologies into clear, compelling business solutions that address clients’ ESG, compliance, and risk management challenges.

• Market Expertise: Stay informed about ERC trends, regulatory developments, and challenges within the financial services sector.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pipeline Builder : High energy individual with a tenacity to build a tactical strategy for continual pipeline growth, with outbound skills that stand out against the crowd

• Proven Sales Expertise in Mid-Market : A track record of success in sales with 4 years minimum exposure finding and closing deals, preferably within financial services or asset management space

• AI and Data Knowledge: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate the value of advanced AI technologies to non-technical audiences.

• Discovery Excellence: Skilled in identifying client pain points and mapping them to tailored solutions, leaving no requirement uncovered.

• Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior-level stakeholders.

• Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
