About the Role

FOUNDING ACCOUNTIVE EXECUTIVE needed at a well funded, fast growing FINTECH STARTUP! Ideally located in Charlotte or open to moving to Charlotte but otherwise can be located anywhere in the US. Base $150k - $200k base x2 OTE plus equity. Must have experience selling SaaS to hedge funds, asset managers and/or asset allocators, ideally to IR and/or founders on the manager side. Chance to be first senior sales hire and help build something new, with the potential to become a player/coach and build a team around you once you've scaled the business.

Their early customers include more than 20 of the world’s most sophisticated investment firms, and you’ll work directly with our CEO and founder to build on this strong foundation.

This role is for a hungry, energetic, and scrappy Account Executive who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to make an outsized impact. You’ll meet and build relationships with leaders at top-tier investment firms, own the entire sales process, and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's sales strategy.

What You’ll Do:
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos to closing deals and onboarding.
• Develop deep expertise in the problems your prospects face and position the firm as the solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to delight customers and improve sales processes.
• Opportunity to become a player/coach and build a team around you once you have scaled the business

Requirements:
• Experience: 7+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role with a proven track record of closing 5-6 figure deals.
• Mindset: Resourceful, self-motivated, and gritty - you love the challenge of building and closing.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to connect with executive-level prospects.
• Target Audience: Experience selling SaaS to hedge funds, asset managers and/or allocators with a strong network on the buy side and within the buy side partner ecosystem. Ideally experience selling to founders/IR
• Startup Experience: Not required but ideally experience selling a relatively unknown product into the buy side
