



About the Role
HEAD OF EMEA SALES needed at an Investment Technology STARTUP! Fully remote (for now) in LONDON only. Base £150k - £225k+ x2 OTE plus significant EQUITY. Must have 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including building and scaling revenue teams at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company. Must also have extensive experience selling into investment banks and PE firms. Will be a hands on IC role to start with the opportunity to build a team around you once you scale the business. Role Overview:
We’re seeking a visionary and performance-driven Head of EMEA Sales to scale their revenue engine in EMEA. In this role, you will build a world-class sales organization, define and execute a sales strategy that drives rapid adoption across enterprise-grade financial services firms, and establish the firm as the go-to platform for digital deal modeling and analytics.
You will be joining at a pivotal time of global expansion, expanding the firm’s footprint in private equity, investment banking, and adjacent strategic finance markets. You will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market playbook, optimizing sales processes, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
• Set sales vision, strategy, and goals aligned with the business objectives and revenue targets.
• Partner with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing frameworks, and product positioning.
• Champion data-driven processes to forecast pipeline health, build predictable revenue motion, and identify key growth levers.
Sales Team Build & Enablement
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing EMEA sales organization including SDRs, enterprise AEs, and sales engineers
• Establish sales operations, compensation plans, performance metrics, and rigorous coaching processes.
• Drive a winning sales culture grounded in excellence, customer obsession, and ethical selling.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth
• Own the full sales cycle for strategic, high-impact enterprise deals in key markets in EMEA
• Deepen penetration into the core ICP — private equity firms, investment banks, where modeling throughput, accuracy, and collaboration are critical.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to align messaging, demand generation, and expansion motions.
Customer & Partner Engagement
• Serve as a sales ambassador across marquee accounts, including top PE firms and investment banks adopting the platform.
• Build strong partner ecosystems with financial data providers, consulting firms, and strategic alliances to accelerate adoption.
• Gather customer insights to influence product roadmap and create differentiated value propositions in competitive sales cycles.
Ideal Profile & Qualifications:
Required
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including building and scaling revenue teams at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company.
• Track record of owning and exceeding multi-million dollar ARR targets with a strong ability to forecast effectively.
• Deep experience selling into C-suite and senior finance leaders at private equity, investment banking, or strategic corporate finance organizations.
• Proven ability to design repeatable sales processes and scale sales operations across the region.
Preferred
• Experience selling complex analytics, modeling, or data-intensive SaaS platforms into financial services.
• Familiarity with workflows around investment underwriting, deal modeling, and financial analysis.
