



About the Role
IT Network and Systems Integration Specialist needed at a big time, well known multi-family office! Remote anywhere in the US with a preference for NYC, Philly, Boston or Palm Beach (can be hybrid in those cities). Base $110k - $120k plus discretionary bonus. Experience on the buy or sell sides highly preferred as well as 365 and/or Salesforce certified.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to serve as the in-house technology point-person and primary liaison between their outsourced IT service provider. This individual will play a critical role in managing IT issues, driving key projects, and overseeing integrations related to the next generation initiatives, CRM system administration (Salentica/Salesforce), Microsoft 365 environment, and overall enhancing the use of technology. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, system integration, and wealth management technology, combined with project management capabilities to lead and support various IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaison Between Firms and Outsourced Service Provider:
o Act as the primary point of contact for all IT networking issues between the firm and their Managed Service Provider (“MSP”).
o Coordinate and communicate with COO and the MSP to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.
2. Microsoft 365 Enhancement Project:
o Collaborate with COO and other stakeholders to facilitate the execution of a project to fully adopt what a Microsoft 365 environment can provide the firm.
o Understand the project requirements, bring innovative ideas to the table, and work on building solutions.
o Lead the implementation or act as the project manager to oversee and guide the implementation of network-related solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. SharePoint Integration:
o Lead the implementation, and management of the integration between SharePoint and other business systems, with a focus on improving workflow processes.
o Coordinate and manage SharePoint, ensuring smooth collaboration with external consultants and stakeholders.
4. CRM (Salentica/Salesforce) Integration and Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for Salentica/Salesforce CRM, overseeing its integration with other systems and ensuring efficient use across the organization.
o Work closely with outside consultants, other service providers and CRM teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems.
o Ideally, hold or pursue a Salesforce Administrator certification to manage Salentica/Salesforce configurations and improvements.
5. Project Management:
o Take ownership of key IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on network infrastructure, system integrations, and wealth/asset management technology.
o Extensive experience with IT networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
o Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and related system integrations.
o Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
o Experience with Salentica/Salesforce (preferably Salesforce Admin certified).
o Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
o Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the wealth management or asset management industry.
• Microsoft 365/Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Experience with SharePoint integration into enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT initiatives from conception to implementation.
