REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OEMS SALES needed! Hybrid 3 - 4x per week in office in NY, Chicago or LA only. Base $180k - $210k plus strong commission. Must have experience selling OMS and/or EMS solutions to large asset managers/hedge funds. Background in electronic trading sales could potentially work as well.

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for trading solutions and client engagement? Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Director, EMS Sales to join their team. As an industry leader focused on expanding their footprint within Tier 1 Buy Side organizations in the Asset Manager and Hedge Fund space, they are looking for someone who possesses an extensive network across the trading community and a deep understanding of multi-asset trading.
In this role, you will develop expert-level knowledge of their Trading products and the investment workflows of their clients, leveraging your familiarity with OMS & EMS technology and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in managing the sales cycle, showcasing their portfolio management and trading solutions capabilities, and driving their continued success and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop an expert level knowledge of Trading products (OEMS) and the investment workflows of clients
• Use client and industry relationships to identify new business needs and sales opportunities
• Diligently drive the client sales cycle, and manage the sales pipeline
• Effectively demonstrate PM & Trader solutions capabilities across the front office workflow
• Call into new groups and potential users to increase footprint at assigned accounts
• Maintain updated industry and product knowledge, to leverage innovative ideas that help grow the overall business
• Assist with planning, coordination & execution of account strategy
• Maintain detailed, actionable notes within CRM/SalesForce
• Some travel may be required
Required Skills
• BA or BA degree is required
• Minimum of eight years of working experience, in a client facing capacity
• Demonstrated understanding of Trading Solutions
• Proven ability to effectively explain complex, technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage an audience whether in-person, via telephone or web conference
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to interact effectively with various client groups and stakeholders
