About the Role
Mid/Senior Sales Exec needed in NYC! Selling margin and collateral analytics software into hedge funds. Base around $150k - $175k x2 OTE. Experience in derivatives, clearing, margin, risk, collateral management or treasury will be advantageous. Must be well connected in the hedge fund space.

Their tools empower traders and portfolio managers to instantly analyze a transaction's all-in, lifetime cost in the pre-trade stage.
Role
The role is a sales executive with responsibility for a territory primarily focused on Hedge Funds. This person will be responsible for an individual quota. The right candidate is a person with 5-7 years exposure to capital markets and OTC derivatives who is keen to take a new innovative product forward, and who has the enthusiasm to work hard and to be part of the core team who enable build a great business to realize its potential.
Specific Responsibilities
• Establish the sales strategy for their territory
• Create lead generation by leveraging a network of pre-existing contacts
• Input into marketing and outreach efforts
• Organizing and attending sales meetings (virtual and in person)
• Ensuring sales methodologies are followed and the CRM is accurately updated
• Providing robust forecasting to Head of Sales
• Researching and contacting new prospects
• Networking and attending industry events to generate new opportunities
• Cold calling of new leads referred to us, or leads passed across from the team
• High level presentation and basic demonstration of the system
• Drafting high quality proposals, and coordinating RFP responses
• Presenting pricing and contract terms and closing deals, and assisting with contract negotiations
