About the Role

SALES EXECS NEEDED at my FINTECH AI STARTUP! NYC only, 4 days a week in office. Base up to $125k (flexible) and x2 OTE uncapped plus equity. Must have experience selling SaaS solutions to hedge funds and/or private equity firms, ideally both. Some experience at other AI firms, research platforms/expert networks would be great as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the investment management and PE spaces.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales pitches and presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Solution Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of their AI solutions, including product capabilities, competitive advantages, and industry applications.
- Communicate the value of AI-powered solutions to prospective clients effectively.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to deliver a seamless client experience.


Qualifications:

- 3 - 10 years overall sales experience with some of it selling unestablished offerings
- Proven track record selling SaaS to hedge funds and/or PE firms, ideally both
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their business applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity software.
