About the Role

SALES EXECUTIVE needed at one of our clients that provides back office SaaS to PE Fund Admins!!! Hybrid 3 - 4 days a week in NYC highly preferred but open to remote on the east coast or in Chicago for the right candidate. Base $150k - $175k+ x2 OTE. Must have 8 - 15 years of experience selling SaaS into the back office of PE, VC or family offices. Must have stable job history. This is a mix of both farming and hunting but still looking for true hunters.

The Sales Executive will generate sales through personal contact, telephone and written proposals. Effectively manage territory and perform complete sales cycle and follow up activities from lead identification through project delivery and on-going support. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by serving as a liaison between the firm and the customer.


Responsibilities

- Create and implement the sales strategy to win new accounts in the region.
- Prepare and present Territory Plans, Account Plans, and Opportunity Reviews.
- Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and development of a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria.
- Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospective organizations.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships within client organizations to understand their strategic objectives and align sales strategy based on their objectives.
- Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate, and evolve strategies based on these changes.
- Demonstrate customer-specific benefits of the firm's solutions with a high degree of proficiency.
- Work closely with the solutions consulting team to coordinate product demonstrations and workshops for perspective clients.
- Organize and lead regular client meetings to discuss ongoing items and priorities with clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales.
- Accurately forecast future business

Requirements

- 8 - 15 years selling SaaS based business software solutions to private family offices, venture capital and/ or private equity firms
- The ability to conceptualize and build value propositions that deliver a compelling message
- Must proactively own the entire sales process and be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proven success in previous sales roles for each of the past five years
- Expected minimum of 3 years’ experience at each position held during the previous 10 years.
- Customer references will be requested
- Education to degree level. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, analytical, and logical skills
- Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence
- A self-starter, who is able to operate successfully in this dynamic and fast-moving corporate environment without the support of an extensive bureaucratic support system
- At ease establishing business relationships with individuals from various industries & departments and at various corporate levels
- Comfortable speaking before an audience of between 2–50 people in either a live meeting or teleconference setting
