



About the Role
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE needed at one of our OMS/PMS clients!!! Hybrid in Boston (preferred) or NYC only. Base $150k - $200k x2 OTE. Must have experience selling OMS/PMS/EMS or other enterprise, complex front to back office software into hedge funds and/or asset managers like Risk Analytics, Data Management, Accounting, etc.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping asset managers solve critical challenges with innovative, enterprise-wide technology solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding their presence in North America. Working alongside product, marketing, and client services teams, you’ll represent a next-generation platform poised to make a major impact on the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle—from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing new business
- Sell a comprehensive suite of commercial Asset Management solutions supporting trading, portfolio management, compliance, and data management
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across buy-side firms
- Collaborate closely with product and strategy teams to position the firm's future vision in a compelling and client-centric way
- Act as a strategic partner, translating client needs into value-driven solutions
- Contribute to business development efforts and attend key industry events
- Mentor junior sales consultants to strengthen team capabilities
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in financial software, fintech, or capital markets
- Strong knowledge of the institutional asset management landscape
- Proven success selling into complex organizations and engaging with senior decision-makers
- Understanding of investment workflows—especially in trading, portfolio management, and operations
- High energy, results-driven, and confident leading consultative sales discussions
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
