They are looking for “A Players”
Building a business is incredibly card. 9 out of 10 startups fail. After 7 years of hard-fought foundation work, they are fortunate to be in the 10%. This role is for people who receive satisfaction from the journey of building a business. It is (and should be) hard but incredibly rewarding work, both emotionally and financially. They are looking for A-players who want to be part of this journey. A-players are obsessive about details, self-starters, self-driven, intelligent problem-solvers -- who don’t make excuses. Everyone makes mistakes. It’s a way of life. A-players accept their mistakes and learn from them and are not defensive.
