



About the Role
ENTERPRISE SALES DIRECTOR needed at one of our clients that provides solutions across analytics, trading, market data, connectivity and infrastructure to investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, broker dealers, exchanges and electronic trading firms!!! Hybrid 3x per week in NYC only. Base $175k - $200k x2 OTE uncapped.
This is primarily a farming role and you will own a list of named enterprise accounts and be responsible for revenue growth and expansion, with some new logos mixed in as well. Looking for someone with a true hunter mentality that can navigate large orgs with experience selling similar solutions to the same markets. Both farming and hunting experience would be ideal as well as experience selling into heads of trading, heads of quant, PMs and senior technology professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively target and penetrate new logos while expanding wallet share with existing enterprise accounts on the buy and sell sides, exchanges and vendors
• Build and own your territory plan, forecast with precision, and consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets in a competitive, high-stakes market.
• Engage C-suite executives (Heads of Trading, CTOs, CIOs, COOs) and trading heads with compelling, value-driven conversations that position the firm as the strategic partner for low-latency edge, data integrity, and operational resilience.
• Work hand-in-glove with world-class product, engineering, and client success teams to deliver tailored solutions that solve real pain points and drive measurable ROI.
• Influence product roadmap based on client feedback from the front lines of global markets.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales success in capital markets technology—specifically selling low-latency connectivity, market data solutions, real-time analytics, trading infrastructure, or related high-performance financial services.
• Deep domain expertise and established network across large banking institutions, hedge funds (quant & macro), asset managers, broker-dealers, and electronic trading firms.
• Track record of consistently exceeding quota in competitive, solution-selling environments
• Elite relationship-building skills—you thrive at the C-level and can translate technical complexity into business value.
• Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain global relationships.
