DDG is now offering the industry's leading referral program! It is our goal that every new candidate we place and new client we sign up either comes from our own network or our network's network. Is is a great way for you to make some easy cash for simply making a quick introduction.

Candidate Referrals
What better way to make some easy money than helping someone you know get a job? Simply follow these steps and start earning today!

Check the Jobs section of the website to see all of our open roles and what the referral fee is - anywhere from $2,500 to $25,000!

Subscribe to our Weekly News Letter - referral fees will be included here as well and this is the easiest way to stay on top of all the roles we are working on.

Make sure you check the requirements for each role before submitting any referrals to verify that they are a potential fit.

Make sure you discuss the role with your referral and get their approval to send them in.

Ask them if they have spoken with DDG in the past 6 months regarding any jobs - if they have unfortunately they will not qualify as a valid referral.

Click the refer button or send an email to jdolan@doubledowngroup.com with the candidate's name and the job title in the subject of the email. Make sure to include their resume and LinkedIn profile as well.

That's it! If we agree they are a potential fit we will then work directly with your referral from there.

Other Guidelines

You must submit a referral for a specific role(s) - sending in someone without will not qualify.

As mentioned above if you submit someone that we have spoken to in the past 6 months it will not be a valid referral. If you do send someone in that we have spoken to before, we will let you know.

If your referral is hired for any roles we have that are paying a referral fee within 6 months of submission, you will receive the fee specified for that role.

You will only receive payment after your referral is employed for the full guarantee period, which is typically 90 days. Otherwise no referral fee will be due.

If you do receive any referral fees, you must provide us with a W9 or international equivalent in order to receive payment.

Payments will be made within 14 days after your referral is employed for the guarantee period or DDG receives payment from our client, whichever is later. Fees are typically due within 15 - 30 days of the candidate's start date.

No you can't refer yourself - DDG getting you a new job should be thanks enough!
Client Referrals
Do you know any investment technology firms, investment management firms or really any firm within the capital market's ecosystem that need DDG's services? Well than this is for you! Here's how it works:

Have a discussion with the firm you have in mind. Let them know there is no other recruiting firm out there like DDG (check the About section of the website if you don't already know why).

If they are interested in having a discussion with us about how we can work together to place top talent for them, simply send an email to jdolan@doubledowngroup.com to let us know who the firm is and what kind of roles they are looking to fill.

If we see a potential fit, we will then ask you to send an email introducing us to your contact to set up an introductory call.

That's it! If we sign them up as a client you will then receive 20% of all revenue we bring in for the first year after the agreement is signed.

Other Guidelines

If you refer a firm that is already a client or that we have spoken to in the past 6 months, it will not be a valid referral. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

If you do receive any referral fees, you must provide us with a W9 or international equivalent in order to receive payment.

Payments will be made within 14 days after any successful placement is made and the guarantee period (typically 90 days) is passed or DDG receives payment from our client, whichever is later. Fees are typically due within 15 - 30 days of the candidate's start date.

After the first year the firm is a client (from sign date), no additional referral fees will be due.

Pro tip - if you refer a firm that becomes a client you can also refer candidates and get paid twice on any successful placements!

Another pro tip - feel free to refer your own firm, whether you are the hiring manager, on the TA side or whatever!
