INSTITUTIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE needed at one of our Capital Markets Agentic AI STARTUP clients!!! Hybrid 3x per week in NYC only. Base $100k - $135k x2 OTE plus performance based EQUITY. Looking for 2 - 4 years of new logo sales experience selling AI or other relevant technical solutions into hedge funds and/or asset management firms. Must be able to run initial demo yourself so must have a strong understanding of AI tools and use cases.
Our client provides an agentic AI platform and its agents that let capital markets firms act on their own data, inside their own environment, without ripping out what they already run. They're traders, financial technologists, CIOs, and institutional sales leaders, building what we wish they'd had.
