



About the Role
LEADER IN NETWORK SERVICES needed at one of our MSP clients! Hybrid 3x per week in office on the east coast or in the mid west. Base $155k - $170k plus performance bonus. Must have similar experience at another MSP.
We are recruiting for a leadership role within a Global Network Services team on behalf of a well established Managed Services organization. This senior leadership, Director-level role is responsible for overseeing network service delivery across a distributed team supporting a diverse client base.
The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with deep experience in an MSP environment and a strong focus on service quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction. This is a highly visible, client facing role with responsibility for driving continuous improvement across network operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for network services operations.
• Guide and support a distributed network services team.
• Establish and promote best practices across network support, service delivery, and operational governance.
• Drive ongoing improvements in efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align network services with overall business objectives.
• Engage with clients to understand expectations and ensure strong service outcomes.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends relevant to managed network services.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in network services or infrastructure operations.
• Prior leadership experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment required.
• Demonstrated success leading technical teams in client focused service organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise level network management, monitoring, and security platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
• Background working with enterprise or mid market clients.
