About the Role

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER needed at one of our Private Markets Workflow clients! Hybrid in NYC or Denver preferred but open to remote anywhere in the US for the right person. Base $150k - $175k and OTE $250k - $275k. Must have 3 - 10+ years experience in a similar role working with hedge funds and/or private market clients. For now specifically looking for people with experience at Affinity, DealCloud, Backstop or InvestorFlow.

Our client is the premier SaaS platform for the Private Capital Markets and is transforming the way firms deliver continuous value and real-time decision support to their stakeholders. They have hundreds of clients worldwide who trust them to optimize operational functions and enable critically important communications.

Responsibilities:

● Work with the sales team to go through the Discovery process with prospects to identify qualified deals
● Conduct demos to showcase the functionality and benefits of the platform solution
● Have a deep understanding of the solution that can be positioned to increase sales and connect with existing clients
● Be able to present the solution in a meaningful and concise way to the prospect working with the sales rep to address all pain points
● Travel for in-person demonstrations will be required as well as virtual demonstrations
● Take charge on all RFP/RFI’s and related documentation to present the business in a constructive position
● Complete thorough project scoping for prospects, including drafting an SOW for review by the implementation team
● Liaising with product management, and product marketing for planning, continuous improvement and learning
● Contributing knowledge on market trends, client trends and risk management topics
● Assist in the training of new employees

Qualifications:

● 3-6 years of B2B SaaS experience in Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Ops, Implementation, and Sales
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Cross functional- Collaboration skills
● Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model
● Excel in fast paced environments
● Strong attention to detail
● Action-oriented and self-starter
